To order individual sublimated keys, simply choose a key from one of the Individual Key options: Text, Icon, Dual or Mono. Text available in the pictures can be printed on any size key in the drop down menu, with a few exceptions. Some text may be too long to be printed in a single line on some keycaps - please contact customer service if you plan on putting a longer word on a short keycap.. Selections are not just limited to the size of the key shown in the picture. The keys pictured are for reference and ordering only. This is not a set of keys, they are sold as single keys, selecting a quantity of 1 will yield 1 keycap, not a set of all the keys in the picture. Note text is only available as black.
SA versus SA-P
SA-P keycaps are molded in PBT designed tooling making them functionally identical in size to traditional SA keys molded in ABS designed tooling.
During cooling, keys molded in PBT resin shrink more than those molded in ABS resin. As a result, keys larger than 2-space, that are molded in PBT resin using ABS tooling, may not easily fit onto keyboard switches.
It is also important to note that SA-P keys have a light matte surface texture compared to traditional SA keys that have a smooth, somewhat glossy, texture.
Also, the keycap walls are thicker on SA-P keys compared to SA keys.

If it is a quality issue, please
provide an order number and attach clear photos of the items that represent the
issue.
After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will
inspect and verify the condition of the item.Upon acceptance of your return, a refund
will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Make sure your item meets all our return conditions :
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return
must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Any promotional
gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
All items must be returned in
their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or
altered in any way.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days (bank processing time frame).
